Can´t acces AntiTheft on Xiaomi MI3 and can´t control it from web

Hi, I´m trying to get in the app via dialing pin code, but it doesn´t work.
Is another way to get in the app?
Second problem is I can´t control it from MyAvast website. Nothing doesn´t work.

Have you ever been able to control it with the methods you mention in the past?  Or are you finding this problem after initial installation?

What do you mean with "dialing pin" ?
That sounds to me just the phone pin which is different from the pin you set for avast.
