Site is safe is not showing

Need a little help here. For some reason my Site is safe is not showing any check marks at all. Please help.

What site are you talking about and what is telling you it is safe?

Could you provide a screenshot?
Do you have the AOS enabled?

what it is i am not getting any of the colored check marks that tell if the sites are safe to look at. The green/yellow/red check marks are not showing up.

Do you have AOS (avast online security) installed/enabled ?
What browser are you using (or what browsers) ?
What exact version of avast do you have ?

I have Google chrome and Internet explorer.  I have 2015.10.2208. Where do i look to see if my AOS is  installed/enabled?  Every thing else seem to be working fine until i got all those updates yesterday.Thank you.

Is this helps. It will work some times if i keep clearing the Browser History and cookies.

In Chrome...Settings>Extensions then look to see if the AOS is enabled.

It does show the AOS is enabled but it does show this version number 10.0.2502.149 of Avast. That does not match the this version number 2015.10.2208. Hope you can help me with this.

2015.10.0.2208 is the avast version number.
The latest version is 2105.10.0.2209
