7769Domain.com

Hi

I am a new contributor to this forum so bear with me if this is an old topic.  Recently, when browsing around, I have started getting directed to a site titled 7769domain.com which has a bogus questionnaire on it.  This questionnaire changes everytime this happens.  I fell for it once as it was related (supposedly) to the shop I had browsed to.  A quick search around the internet suggests that this is a well known virus, but the article usually ends up telling me to download some other piece of software to remove it - something I am not keen to do as I already have AVAST on my machine.

Is there any advice out there for how to combat this?  AVAST doesnt appear to have picked it up.

Thanks
