Hi, thanks for reply, however:
1) I purchased trough desktop application, clicked upgrade and followed the steps, on 2nd step I entered company name and caption appeared saying "You can enter your VAT number on the next step". I just checked the order and it is for "Avast Internet Security - 3 PC, 1 Year", not sure why it couldn't be used for business.
In the mail it says
Invoice: Available at our Order Portal. (

That link is displayed 3 times in the confirmation email, but it is NOT working, so I wanted to report that to someone somehow.
2) I manged to get my license by manually going to "avast.com/find-order"

https://www.avast.com/en-us/total-support you have this, and when you click you get that
4) 10 business days is unprofessional

I would like them to improve user experience, at least they can fix the links in email!
