Why is avast charging12 day before due time

Why is avast charging12 day before due time? On my last renew of my avast now been for 13 years it setup auto pay .OK auto pay ok bud not 12 days before it is due .when I dink how many get cheated out of 12 days of time I'm pissed of and feel betrayed not to show the install WAS on auto pay from this company >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

If your next renewal date isn't 1 year from the last expiration date than give us some information so we can alert Avast and make thing right.
Renewal can happen before the expiration date but it shouldn't effect your next expiration date. :)

If this did happen (not questioning your story), it should've taken the 1 year license and added 12 days. Did it not do that?
