I upgraded to the pro license and am attempting to download it from my web dashboard via the DOWNLOAD LICENSE from the LICENSES area. The PRO license proof is there but when I click on it, the Download License button changes to a lighter shadowed color and my mouse cursor becomes a stop or red circle with line through it. The dashboard just hangs after that. I have tried it from Firefox and IE but no luck. Also, if I try to do it from my Client AVAST on my computer, it says that it can't apply the license after I click on it.
