avast! Account Notification - Password check picture available - NEVER WORKS!

I have looked on my account for the device under the notifications, and it just loads for ever, nothing ever loads.  The little avast symbol just keeps moving.

Any idea why this doesnt work?

I would like to know about this too - I get an email saying password violation, picture has been taken, but no line in the notifications of the web interface about it and I've never yet been able to find the picture. It's infuriating.
