Grimefighter won't run

I recently bought Grimefighter and I have tried to run it on several occasions with no result. To operate, Grimefighter asks me to re-boot. I do so, and then I then get a message to say that Grimefighter requires the Internet to proceed. But when I re-boot my computer it loses the Internet connection. I live in Rep. of Ireland and I can only connect to the Internet via a dongle. How do I get around this blockage? If it cannot be made to work can I cancel the order and get my money back?
