The full installer will most likely offer you the Skype install, the update through the GUI definitely not

Skype is disabled for now, so don't worry ;-)
It won't be offered during update, just fresh installations, when some conditions are met.

I wonder if those with Win8.1 will not see the Skype opt-out since Win8.1 comes with Skype pre-installed? 
Unless they have uninstalled Skype after setting up their system.

edit: I hope the Skype option will be "opt-in" and not the freaking opt-out.
Opt-outs are the best reason for Unchecky.

I was offered skype during a reinstall of avast with my 8.1 system so no, its still being offered.
