I am super disappointed that despite the fact that it is advertised as easy, and your website indicates that my version of of Microsoft OS is supported, it apparently is NOT. I am running Vista Home Premium and I cannot figure out how get the damn software to work.
It says that it should show up under scan options. Despite waiting overnight and restarting my machine that option never shows up. Your website seems to indicate that means it is not compatible with my system. Huh what?
I used Grimefighter back before Avast purchased it and was very pleased with the results. I am terribly disappointed with the software now as I cannot seem to get it to work!
I cannot find a way to download a Standalone version of the software, though apparently it does exist somewhere out there!
The whole thing has been very frustrating and disappointing. I am one unhappy customer at this point.
