About file - "copyx64.exe" issue

Sorry, I have a question again... (the question will offend you probably)

We use two virus scan/detect software in my computer (XP pro):
1. Filseclab Twister Anti-TrojanVirus currently
2. survey your avast! Antivirus

Now, Twister found out a problem by schedule scan, it point out the copyx64.exe was a invalid Win32 application. (see image)

So, what is function with copyx64.exe?

copyx64.exe is not a Win32 application, it's a Win64 (64-bit application) - a tiny helper file used by avast updater under 64-bit Windows OS's.
