Run Grimefighter or back to Windows

Hi!
I was looking for this topic but I couldn't find any. Every time I turn on my pc, before Windows starts, I get the black screen asking me if I want to run GF or go to Windows. I uninstalled GF long ago, but I still get that screen. How can I get rid of it? I just want to go directly to Windows.

remove the entry from boot.ini
right click my computer > properties > advanced > start-, recovery options
