Random Tab opens in Chrome

So on some sites i get a random window that opens all the time... I ran Adwcleaner and Malwarebytes witch they  both clean what was learking in the dark.. but yet i still have a random tab that opens in Chrome. also.

Any help would be awesome. Thank you

Sounds like a reset of Chrome is needed as there is nothing apparent on the logs

Reset your browser settings
1.In the top-right corner of the browser window, click the Chrome menu =
2.Select Settings.
3.At the bottom, click Show advanced settings.
4.Under the section "Reset settings”, click Reset settings.
5.In the dialogue that appears, click Reset.
