Dear Avast, please could you tell me why you have taken payment for next years anti virus (2016) 37 DAYS IN ADVANCE of 2015 licence running out. can i have my money back please

Most likely it happened because you have auto-renewal enabled.
You don't pay for a certain version, but for a certain amount of time.
No matter what versions are released within that period.

If you want your money back, you need to submit a ticket.
This has been explained a huge amount of times already.
