Hello. I recently bought the Avast Grimefighter and patiently waited over 4 hours for the process to work. Nothing happened, no differences or anything of the sort. I am not looking for technical support apart from uninstalling this garbage. I am looking to refund this product ASAP.
Outside of uninstalling it, I want a refund first and foremost. I already submitted a ticket, but to be honest, I don't trust them given the number of forum topics I have seen discussing this. I want this to be resolved ASAP.
