AVAST 2015 R3 RC2 (2015.10.3.2223): complete failure of the firewall

Well, beta tests are for this...

I've installed latest beta (automatically released). Next boot, no connection, Avast interface frozen, no Firewall. Security Center reporting AV and Firewall disabled. Soon, the whole computer frozen. No way to shutdown.
Reboot. The same. New forced shutdown.
Reboot in Safe Mode. Uninstall AVAST 2015 R3 RC2 (2015.10.3.2223).
Installed again. When finished, tryed to start Firewall. Frozen. Forced shutdown.
Worst part: failed to boot in Safe Mode with Network (BSOD). Failed to boot in Safe Mode (BSOD).
Rebooted in normal way. Computer frozen. Forced shutdown.
Boot in Safe Mode, this time worked, uninstall AVAST 2015 R3 RC2 (2015.10.3.2223).

I had 2 Bluescreens caused by that file already on Windows 10 Build 10166, had to run a repair to get the firewall back working.

Sure. Downloaded at the same time of the setup file.
Running in Safe Mode seems to do the trick. But I'm sure I've run in before in Safe Mode (see line "Boot in Safe Mode, this time worked, uninstall AVAST 2015 R3 RC2 (2015.10.3.2223)").
