Anti theft Siren started, Noo recovery pin send

Hi,,

I have anti theft installed. I don't remember the pin and siren starts each time I try to start my phone. This is because my SIM is not working. I am not getting recovery pin message to my first friend. What to do... :'( :'( :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[
