The green download link is for v2015.10.2.2218 , but you can select the latest v2015.10.3.2223 ( or older versions ) as well.

You're right about filehippo downloading current version when selecting v2218.  It's 151MB, when 2218 should be 146MB.  Found it on FileHorse.com.  downloading now. . . .
