how to make the ticket for .Refund request"

i need to refund the money due to auto renew, after i install trial version Premier Avast. i think ,i miss understand for the free premier version.
I have 2 license of Avast, one for 3 pc. and a new one for auto renew from trial premier version this is no need for me.

how i can do.

Also to add.
Please Make sure that the "auto renewal"  is disabled.
 Maybe this will help.
