Greetings, ok my problem is I cannot view my security report it says your report is ready view now but when i hit it nothing nada no report any suggestions? thanks

Avast version (Free, Pro, AIS, Premier)?

Possible a part of the original install did not take properly.

Do a repair of Avast Pro:

Open Programs and Features or Add or Remove Programs
Select Avast and right-click with your mouse
Choose Change
A new window will pop up> Select Repair
Allow Repair to complete. Reboot

If that does not work then try a clean install:
Avast Clear exe here: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility
Fresh copy of Avast Pro here: https://www.avast.com/download-software

Follow above steps except choose uninstall instead of change. Use Avast Clear exe after uninstalling.

Save your license first before uninstalling so you can use it again on your new install.
