New Emegency Update Schedule Task Waking My System from Sleep

I have a new problem on my system. I have a Win7 64 Bit system and Avast IS version 2015.10.2.2218.  My system as started waking up in the middle of the day and the wee hours of the morning.  This system behavior is new and big pain in the a**.  I traced it to a scheduled task that is owned by Avast.  There is a real bug the task settings.  They have been set to run even if the system is in sleep mode.  I am sure this was not the intended behavior.

How can I edit this task to change the sleep setting... It should not wake the system... and for God's sake please fix the bug.

maybe it is fixed ... you dont have latest version
