Avast Keeps blocking Mal: Urls - 5 pop ups repeatedly

Is this a false positive or am I infected?

I keep getting 5 Avast URL BLOCKED at least once every couple of days.

It seems to be the same sites (I don't have them here) but a couple are mansurvey.com and some are apple something.
I know I'll need more data.

Anyway I've done complete virus scans with Avast and found nothing,
I ran malware bytes and the first time it found 2 things and removed them, but hasn't found anything since?

Is there something else I should be running or can this be the case of a false positive?
I haven't ever visited any of those sites.
I've disabled all extensions in safari.

It's just weird that nothing (AV or Malware bytes) find anything but Avast keeps having to block these Malicious URLS.

Any advice?

Something is repeatedly trying to connect to that sites. To say more about it, at least the
content (or image) of the popup is required.

A browser extension is normally the culprit in such cases.
