Thanks for the reply Asyn, but I've already tried all those options, and I can't access it, I can't seem to login through Nexway as it keeps saying "Sorry, this is an unknown email address.". I have checked my invoice and it's "Nexway S.A.S. has fulfilled this order" so I am on the right part of the site so I don't know why it's saying that. I just can't access what I need to make sure it's cancelled because of this.
