Ok, so today my mom was on the internet and a pop up came up saying she had a virus (one of those fake ones), so she closed IE but the sound was still going on, then she took her battery out to turn it off quickly.
Now you guys know what happened, here is the aftermath. Windows defender and avast has been turned off, i can not start avasts background service again, and the scans wont start, says there are no more endpoints available from the endpoint manager, even boot time scans wont start.
After this happened i opened up safe mode on the computer and tried to do a boot time scan, but it only restarted the computer without runnung the scan.
Now i am going to enter safe mode again and see if i can run a normal scan.
Any help asap would be much appreciated, thanks
