Parental control application detected as false positive
« on: September 16, 2015, 02:45:34 PM »
Hi,

Since the beginning of september our customers started to report that they can't install our application due to Avast mobility security reporting the application as unsafed.
Our company provides an application for parental control on android phones and tablets which allows to :

• Define applications accessible by the child during his schedule
• Set up rescue applications : they will be always accessible (like the phone application)
• Limit the time of use per day and per week
• Protect children against inappropriate content thanks an Internet filtering system

This is very alarming from our perspective as our customers can't download the new application and gives a wrong impression to our new customers.
Can you please add our sotware to your white list as soon as possible to fix this very annoying issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Can you use http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php for reporting potential false positive (archive or site wrong detections)?
I'll alert the moderators.
