Latency Mon false positive

Avast is picking up this download as a trojan and the actually installed program as trojan this has be false postive cause it been on pc for  years and never once has ever been pick up as such

PUPs are being launched from that IP, see: http://www.herdprotect.com/ip-address-162.221.200.40.aspx
and precisely for that kind of executable.

So a false positive is less likely in pup-mode. File is not certified which is a complicating factor.
