How do I access 'settings' in Avast Free 2015?

My opening screen includes icons for Overview, Scan, Tools, Store, Account and Statistics; no General. None of them include Settings when opened. Thank you.

You should see what is shown below, you may need to expand or shift you GUI if you cant see the setting option at the bottom of the list.

When I shift my GUI there's nothing below Statistics. Also, when I shift to the left, the GUI is cut off on the right. So the bottom must be cut off too. Thank you.

If you're missing the right side as well then there is a glitch somewhere, try a repair first but if that fails a clean install might be in order.
