Hi,

Wild Card call filter should allow blocking of two/three digit numbers

Here is the use-case I am trying to fix:
In India, there is a scam going around where premium numbers from outside the country give people missed calls and hope that you call back. In a hurry, people don't realize that they are calling an International Premium number and get charged heavily.

Thus, I want to be able to block all incoming and outgoing from certain high-risk countries such as all numbers starting with Country Code:
+92*

Also, the telemarketers in India have been given a code that the numbers *should* start with 140, hence to block telemarketers, all I need to do is block all numbers starting with 140*.

The above two use-cases aren't currently allowed due to the Four Digit restriction in the Call Filter Wilidcard matching. Please find a way to address the issue.
