Hello, I am writing this email to request a refund on the automatic activation of the subscription of € 29.90 Because I have not received any notification concerning the activation confirmation. How could I get my money ?? Thank you

What is your support ticket number? When did you submit it? Don't edit or reply back to your own support ticket as it will be pushed back in the line. Be advised, Avast support is redesigning a new website to handle all of the support tickets and etc kinds of support, it will take a while. Type your support ticket and I will give attention to the moderators.
