Hey when i use vpn secure line in a , lets say hotel wlan environment and all ports are blocked is secure line working? Is it like SSL VPN?

If
all
ports are blocked, you won't be able to connect to the internet at all.
avast secureline just encrypts the data send from/to your system.
It does that using 256 AES (original name is Rijndael) encryption, iirc.
