Malware Infection, Please Help??

Hi guys, so the other day, my friend used my computer. Now, for the past three days, I've been getting notifications from avast that say "Avast Web Shield has blocked a harmful webpage or file." They pop up when I don't even have a browser open. There are several different objects, which are:

1. glzbzgxigu03.com/converse.php
2. sso.anbtr.com/domain/aaaxqabiqgxxwczrx.com
3. bnud7nkk.com/ads.php?sid=1911
4. go.wvydeo.com/results1/?http%3A%2F%2Fwww.viddy-up.com%2Finternet-marketing-strategy-keyword-research-step-2%2F%3Futm_source%3Dsearch%26utm_medium%3Dcpc%26utm_campaign%3Dfitness_65687978_579885_309401_114975_1314_1911%26click%3D563bbd24184f28e5662eae80.2.707

I have to use this computer to do my school work, and I haven't been able to because it makes it slow sometimes. I only have a month and a half left to finish my semester. Someone please help???

I should also mention, it says URL:Mal and it says C:\Windows\explorer.exe on most of them.
