Avast home and Lotus Domino

Can Avast Home edition work with Lotus Domino Client (release 5.0.12) on Windows 2000 ?

You mean like scanning Notes emails? Not, unless the the client is  configured to fetch emails via standard (POP3/IMAP4) protocols.

Anyway, I'd recommend using a server-side antivirus on Lotus Domino (such as avast! Lotus Domino Edition).

Is the Lotus Domino Plug-in included in the Antivirus - SBS Suite? If not, what are the additional costs?

The price is the same as for the Exchange Server Edition - please see here: http://www.avast.com/eng/pricelist-server-edition.html
