Purchased license never received nor available via 'resend license' page- HELP??

Dear Sir/Madame,

I recently purchased a Avast license through your website and also paid for it. I never received the license over email. Neither can I resend license using the 'resend license' page (https://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php)

This was on November 27th. Ticket ID: 43605

Can anyone help her out at this forum or are there any other ways of contacting Avast.

Next time please post in the correct forum and mention details.
This one is for AES (business product) .

As you already have submitted a ticket, wait for the response from avast.
