Used to work great but then I went and reinstalled windows.... and now Thunderbird keeps freezing.
I reinstalled because Avast caught a virus and I wanted to be absolutely sure I was running a clean system, just in case Avast missed something. Besides, it was time for more HDD space anyways. So, out goes the old hard drive, in goes the new hard drive and I make a fresh install of Windows. Did the Windows Updates, then I installed Firefox, then Thunderbird, then Avast.
Now Thunderbird will randomly freeze up (become unresponsive) for no apparent reason. I've tried everything I can think of, no luck. Help?
