Virus affects the keyboard?
« on: November 29, 2015, 06:04:32 PM »
Hello to everybody!

I have a Dell laptop, model Vostro 3550 with Windows 7 PRO on it. About a two weeks ago I noticed that my keyboard doesn't work properly.  Since I recently deleted some virus infected files from my computer I suspect there are stil some malware left . Most of the time it works properly, but somethimes it turns off some buttons, and when I click the notification icon on Facebok for example it starts to download a web page.

A few years ago I posted my virus-issue on this forum and your brilliant malware experts helped me.

So I decided to try it again.

Thank you.

Here are all logs you asked in a introduction topic.

It sounds more like a hardware/driver problem to me.
Check if all drivers for all devices are still installed (correctly).

It could also be dust related, keyboards can become rather dirty, turn it upside down and tap the dust out.
