Hi hemanth :)

For a refund you have to submit a Ticket within 30 days from when you bought Avast :

Hi, I have Norton Internet Security. I have already bought Avast Internet Security. Should I get a refund for my Avast? If not, please tell me why. Please say why Avast Internet Security is better than Norton Internet Security. Thanks,

Basically, it's your decision. Personally, I'd suggest to use Avast. 8)

This is also the Avast support forum. Those of us who volunteer and offer our services
obviously are Avast users. We naturally promote what's been keeping our systems free from infections for many years.
Don't know if Norton (Symantec) has a forum like this but if they do, they may give you a different answer. :)
If you plan on keeping Avast, you'll need to remove Norton. Follow the instructions in my signature to successfully install Avast.

Probably two different Internet Security software on my two laptops will help keep virus away. Please cancel my request for refund. Ticket id 47631. Thanks, Hemanth

Hi, I said Avast in one laptop and Norton in the other! Not both in one.

I mentioned it to prevent you from doing something "stupid"  ;)
