Can Winpooch run together with Avast?
« on: December 16, 2005, 01:24:55 PM »
Hi forum folks,

Winpooch, see: http://winpooch.sourceforge.net/home/index.php, is a free open source Watchdog for Windows. It can turn ClamWin into a resident scanner (not advised with Avast running on the system, never use two resident scanners). My question is, it uses little resources, can you work it with Avast likewise, and do the two programs work right together?

Cybersecurity is more of an attitude than anything else. Avast Evangelists.

Use NoScript, a limited user account and a virtual machine and be safe(r)!

polonus,
Since you found this program, why not test it and then report back and let us know your findings.... :)
