Advanced Cleaning

If I run the advance cleaning on my media and my app, will it remove the apps and pictures, or will it just clean them?

Moee details? like what? if I run the advanced cleaning on my S5, and i clean my photos and Apps, will it remove the pictures or just clean them?

Cleaning means removing things that are not needed like browser cache, temporary files and such.
It doesn't remove applications, pictures and other things you have stored.

The smart ones have a Gmail / Outlook account and activate Gdrive or OneDrive, then you have autobackup in the cloud
Same thing if you activate a Samsung account, this will even backup installed apps
