My Licences Have Disappeared

I had three available licences on one account and none on the other. I changed the email address where the three were to the same email address as that with no licences. I deleted the original email address and now I discover that I have lost them and I require them. Any ideas on how to get them back?

Took about ten days as advertised but all fixed and I'm happy. Not sure why it takes so long though.

Thanks for taking the time to report a successful conclusion.

I think all (avast users helping on the forums) would appreciate a quicker turn around.
