1) Download the APK from this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.avast.android.at_play&hl=es_419
with this http://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/
2) Place it into the Internal Memory.
3) Install this Application: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.traber.systemappsinstaller&hl=es_419
4) Install the APK downloaded with the "System Apps Installer" and start configuring it!  ;) :) :D ;D!!

No, it is not helpful as AT will be integrated into AMS and not being available anymore as (free) standalone tool.
