Random play store ads

My droid turbo keeps opening google play store randomly when operating the phone. I installed the premium version of this app to fix it but I get nothing and nothing has changed very frustrated.  Please help

Same thing happening to me. I open messages or whats app and the play store opens to random apps to download.
 I've had malware warnings pop up from avast a couple times but when the Play store opens there's no warning. 
Nothing found on virus scanner is boot scan available on mobile for Android?
