Could I use avast if Norton is installed on my PC (excuse my english I'm french)

Is this message coming from your installed Norton or from your ISPs email virus scanner?

On the same PC, Norton's NAV and avast aren't compatible, there is too much chance of conflict, so you would need to uninstall Norton's NAV first. NAV is very deeply embedded in the Registry and even after an uninstall you often have to clean some registry keys there are tools to help with this.
