Avast Phone locked. No message mail received. How to access my phone?

I installed avast anti theft a few days ago. Yesterday I changed sim and the phone got locked. I put the previous sims again but still no help. I didnt even received any message on the linked phone no. which is my brother's phone. I also didnt got any email with the linked Gmail account. I opened my avast account and deleted the device but still no help. Please help me access my phone.
 Please dont give me https://www.avast.com/en-in/faq.php?article=AVKB127 link as I have already tried it. The phone rings in siren that phone is stolen or lost.

I have mailed avast support regarding this but still got no reply. Please help. Thanks.

M Asyn SIMs are changed and phone is already locked. Please help to unlock the phone. I didnt find the answer in any available FAQ.

I have no access to the pin. There is no response on the attached mobile phone. I also deleted my mobile from my avast hoping that it may unlock my phone. All in vain and now cant even access my phone.

Maybe I have set another pin by mistake which I dont remember. There is not any link for the forgot pin. I am the real owner of the mobile and have documents to prove it. And please tell me that how much time they take to reply on a ticket? Thanks.

Phone is locked. Cant access avast from mobile. By mistake deleted the device from my avast. Dont know how to retrieve the pin using the attached mobile no. My problem is that I have forgotten the pin + phone is locked. And by mistake deleted my device from my avast. I may have to go to the mobile customer care to have factory reset on my mobile. Avast customer care is unresponsive.
