Sysvol, Netlogon and server shares

With Avast installed Sysvol, Netlogon and all server shares are unavailable.  After uninstalling Avast and rebooting the pic all shares available and Group Policy from Sysvol applies.

Adding exclusions has no effect.

can you be more specific please? Which Avast edition? Client/Server OS?
