using on screen keyboard to type this. i installed avast a while ago and today upgraded to the internet security trial. after restarting my computer i found that my keyboard would not respond. i restarted again and noticed that the keyboard worked in the BIOS until i hit the loading screen at which point the keyboard stops responding. checking the device shows "Windows cannot start this hardware device - code 19"
tried safe mode, keybored still stops working . deleted filter uppers like the guy did in
https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=157941.0 and got the same result he did. error went away but keyboard still dose not function.
ive never had any issues with avast before but this is a huuuuuge issue and i need to know how to fix it.
