renew problem

I would like to renew my avast anti-virus that I have use for the last three years. I have a problem with renew. I choose "Internet Security" level for 1 pc for 1 year. I click on "continue with purchase" button, then I get a blank window with 4 tabs. The first tab "Shopping card" is selected and the others are disabled. No options to insert my card details, no option to continue...

The support page on your site is absolutely unusable. Please help me with my problem now or I just have to use another anti-virus.

If you want to renew the license you are following the wrong procedure.
What you describe is for getting a new license, not a renewal/extension of a existing license.

First thing you should do is checking if auto-renewal is enabled.
If it is, avast will notify you when the auto-renewal is upcoming.
You can enable/disable it anytime you want.
