25% CPU using all the time

Windows task manager -> performance tab -> resource monitor -> Overview CPU -> AvastSvc.exe using 25% CPU all the time, even immediately after fully loading windows.
Any ideas how to fix this? Was happening since yesterday

What changed yesterday when this started

Well if remember correctly:
1. Downloaded ExterminateIt! and inserted 7 day trial license and performed scan. But after deleting it CPU was still on 25%. Also I'm not sure if this even caused this Avast! reaction in first place.
2. For the first time I used Avast! software update tool.
3. Started using safezono browser much more.

P. S. I have Avast! internet security with 1 year license.

Never run more than one resident AV.
