No. A commercial company is 'free' to charge its users for the products it sells as long it advertises them for what it is , but this is deception.

You are offered up to 30% off if you buy something.
Like a discount coupon.

Sorry but a gift doesn't have a price tag.
It's misleading and should be changed to say that it's a special offer with a large discount on a paid version.  :(

Read everything carefully and only submit to what you understand.
There's no deception once all information is considered.
