Can't Run AVAST Pro or Premier

I get the following message when I try to launch the programs. "tskGetReportFileToShow@20 could not be located in the dynamic link libraray ash Task.dll."

Strange that this is happening on two different systems with two different avast products.

Have you just installed these avast products ?

If so what anti-virus did you have installed before and how did you remove it ?

Have you tried an avast Repair ?
- XP - Add Remove programs, select 'avast! Anti-Virus,' click the Change/Remove button and select Repair, click next and follow.

- Vista, win7 or later - Control Panel, Programs & Features, uninstall a program, select 'avast! Anti-Virus,' click the Uninstall/Change and select Repair, click next and follow.

You may need to reboot after the repair.
