My Avast website not updating device information

Hello guys,

My avast website is not updating device information.

This device has been being used every day, since 6 days ago, however the last communication date for this device in my avast website, shows 6 days ago.

Its important to note that even the last communication showing 6 days ago, it seems that my avast website detects that the device is online, because a green ball appears besides the device name.

I am attaching some images to help clarify the problem.

Ticket support number #267015.

A support log file was submitted using the avast support tool.

Now I have two devices that has been used everyday, but the last communication in my avast website says: 2 weeks ago.

Anyone from avast could give a help on this?

Two weeks again without updating information on my avast account...
However my computer has being in use at least 5 days in within the last 2 weeks...
